Kings Bournemouth raise over £400 in donations for Red Nose Day

Kings Bournemouth school celebrated Red Nose Day (a national charity event in the UK) on 15th March with remarkable success, surpassing our donation goal by raising an impressive £411.30!

The day was filled with laughter, generosity, and a sense of community spirit that warmed our hearts.

One of the highlights of the day was the traditional Cream Tea event organised by our staff. In a cosy classroom setting, students and teachers had the opportunity to donate £3 and indulge in the delightful flavours of a classic cream tea, including scones, clotted cream, and jam.

Additionally, excitement buzzed through the halls as students and staff eagerly purchased raffle tickets for a chance to win fantastic prizes generously donated by Kings and members of our school community.

To add to the festive atmosphere, one of our buildings was adorned with red balloons and posters, spreading awareness and excitement for the cause.

Red Nose Day reminded us of the power of collective action and the joy that comes from giving back to those in need. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who participated, donated, and helped make this event a resounding success.

Thank you for your generosity and support!
